Third generation painter with extreme attention to detail and cleanliness. Experienced in multiple application techniques including hand brush, roller, airless/air assisted spraying.

Prep work and sanding is a very important part of the finishing process, and using the dustless sanding systems by Festool are standard for every job with Janssen Contracting.
Finish Carpentry
Carpentry services include installation of trim, molding, doors, windows, etc.

Being a third generation painter, I am able to provide extra detail when it comes to the finish carpentry process. Often times it is easy to overlook a small detail when the client has to communicate with separate finish contractors.
Wall Resurfacing & Repair
Wall repair services include minor drywall repairs ranging to complete room skim coating. All wall repair jobs include a large amount of prep and care will always be taken to protect finished rooms/surfaces within your home.
Renovations
Able to take on various job sizes including whole or partial renovations including new walls, trim, floors, etc. ​
Maintenance
Often times maintenance projects include, but are not limited to the following: gutter cleaning, exterior power washing, and surface cleaning.
